Usually, water in a basement is a major job. Hire a contractor to figure out where water is coming from and then they can come up with a solution.

Could you be a bit more specific like how it's leaking?

Double check that you have all your downspouts on and away from the house and your gutters clean and make sure your soil is pitched away from the house.

I had a landscaper put tile and gravel around the house.

i live at the bottom oh a hill.....and water runs down hill. I had the down spouts at the right spots the gutters clean. And still a wet basement. I wound up digging out a depression in the yard about 8 feet or so from the foundation...On the up hill side. I also dump my veggie containers out each spring and replenish the soil in the growing beds arround the foundation

Usually, with these types of things, I recommend having someone come look at it -- and then based on the diagnosis of the problem, decide whether you want to DIY the solution or not.
