What do you mean by "continue?" Just add more plants. Depending where you live they winter over with no special care.
If you mean you want to make sure you get more plants from the plants you already have, just watch for the new shoots that grow out from each plant & make sure the new shoots come in contact with the soil & new plants will grow. Even if the shoots hang over edges the shoots will keep producing new plants. Strawberries are usually pretty maintenance free except for watering. They continually send out more shoots from each plant which creates more plants. After a plant has been established you can transplant them to put in other parts of your garden where you may want to start new crops.
The plants will set off runners and multiply themselves.
