You can make a 10% solution of bleach and water and spray it on. I have also used ammonia in the past, don't mix bleach or ammonia with comet, creates a deadly gas - chlorine. I would then repaint with a mildewcide in paint and figure out a way to reduce the moisture in the bathroom. Either run or install a fan, or put a small heater in the bathroom to dry it out. I also just give my bathtub area a spray of the bleach solution once in awhile to keep it free of mold.
Vingegar would also work.
Wash with peroxide and the paint with a glossy or semigloss paint. If it has penetrated from the the back, walls will have to be remediated by professionals.
You should consider findinf out why you have the mold as well. Is there adequate ventilation from moisture build up (such as shower humidity)?
Wash the walls. But you need to find out why you are getting moldy walls. Is there enough ventilation? Fan? Window?
