To cover a wooden letter with decorative paper....Trace the design of the wooden letter onto your paper, and cut it out. Make sure it fits onto the letter. Then, spread some Mod Podge onto the letter and place the paper onto the letter. Smooth it out carefully, making sure it is in the right position. Allow to dry, then paint 1-2 coats of Mod Podge over the decorative paper to seal it. You can matter finish or high gloss finish...depends on the look you are going for.
Just regular Mod Podge will work.
I agree, any decoupage glue/ mod podge brand will do!
