I love the look but I would have went with something 'nicer' for that window. The window is so pretty, I don't feel the 'rustic palette' fits that space. I would have went with a really ornate 'cornice' type thing and used it all the way but the hooks in the same place as yours. It's a lovely makeover though, I really love the idea.

You can buy curtain rods or drapery rods for box/bay windows or half rods if you choose to forgo this take and still get look. Or you could run wood around entire perimeter and hang and pull back curtains. I like this as it suited your needs and added a touch of color to otherwise white on white windows. That pop invites the eye in to enjoy what was being showcased, the view. Thanks for sharing and inspiration

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
The link to the eyelet hooks are not screw in? They have circle loops to on a pole. Where did you get the clips with the screw on other end?
why not paint the wood and hooks white to blend in?
Why not just screw the hooks into the window frame? OR just use stick on command hooks? But I like that you used sheers and kept the view!!!
