I would suggest you check out gianiproducts.com Their counter top kits cover's almost any surface to resemble granite. I am a single gal and 66 years young and successfully resurfaced imitation marble, real but unsightly tile and Formica counters with their product and they came out beautiful. It is available in black, chocolate brown, light browns, white diamond, sapphire blue and emerald green. Every application is unique. And YES you can do it.

Thanks Becky, I'm just now learning how to use a computer. I have a friend coming over to show me how to add pictures. As soon as I learn I will post them.

God Bless You. I'm headed right now to that website. Thanks a million.
  • Pat, there are many painting products now available on the market that will allow you to paint your Formica tops to look like granite or marble. Many people here have had great luck on doing this. Although I am not a fan of doing this, its a great stop gap method to get that expensive look with out the price while you save to put the real stuff in.
