Could be water spots, and spots from other plants. Try to keep the Ivy in a window, for they love it, and will blossom a great deal. J.
Janet, Ivy also take alot of water, so make sure you water them often. Do you use a string from the bottom of the pot, to the saucer, to draw in the water, if so, this is great. Best wishes. J.
