Box it in as usual, fill it in with concrete and level off the top.The concrete will fill in the ruts.It may cost you less to have a concrete truck pore it in and level it for you rather than trying to mix a large amount and have to keep doing that over and over.Better to pore it all at once and let it start curing than doing a little at a time and have it drying out in between batches.Hope that helps.
Oh,and if you could have the cement with gravel in it pored,it will be more stable and not as likely to crack.
cement is rather forgiving, in that you can usually level off such rutted areas
If you do this, you will have cracks in the concrete very soon. This must be taken care of, first. J.
You will need to get rid of the rotted parts first. You don't want to just hide it. Then you can lay new cement/concrete afterwards. But make sure you get rid of the rot first then you won't be needing to keep redoing the area.
