Easy
1. Drill holes of different sizes in one bucket.
2. Drill holes in bottom of both buckets for drainage.
3. Hot glue the bottom of both buckets together. Make sure to avoid drainage holes.
4. Hot glue solar light globe to bottom of bucket with multiple drill holes.
5. Add glass beads to top bucket with solar light.
6. ENJOY

- 2 bags of Glass Beads (Dollar Store)
