I assume you mean the inside? If so put some water in a microwave safe bowl and add lemon juice or vinegar. The precise amount doesn't matter. Put in the microwave and turn on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Don't open the door and let the bowl sit for another few minutes. The amount of time isn't important. Then take the bowl out and wipe down the interior. The steam from the water loosens any food that is stuck on and the lemon juice disinfects and everything smells good. I have been using this for decades.

Hi, to clean the inside I remove the glass tray and pour boiling water into a mug. 'cook' it on high in the microwave so it bubbles away. After a couple of minutes you should be able to just wipe clean!

A small bowl of water and set your microwave on 1 minute. Enough steam should arise to soften the food splatters. If not, repeat the process. I never use chemicals in my microwave. I'm afraid I won't remove them all and then the next time I zap left overs, it will go into my food.
