Are you looking to replace the laminate with a different substance? Have you considered painting the laminate for an inexpensive upgrade?

i have painted laminate..and my friend did it also years ago. Just be sure to clean well with alcohol or something-rough it up a little with sand paper. I used latex, first used kill primer...she did a marble effect..then several coats of poly! Easy peasy! Not necessary to buy expensive kit. Practice on a scrap piece of laminate! 😜 Go for it!

Hello Connie; Paint works wonder, and it is inexpensive!!!

You might wish to try and repaint your walls first, and then decide if you still want to paint the Laminate!

I only mention this, as I redid one of my Brothers Bathrooms, and after I repainted, textured and hand painted pictures for his walls. He suddenly decided that he liked the countertop, as well as the tub!!!

If not, refinishing Laminate is not that difficult! It just takes a bit of time, and patience!!!

I hope that this helps you!!! Take Care!
