It needs to be soldered back on, you will need to take to a proper jewelry repair to have fixed for you. Not expensive.
Hello Jp; You can try using Gorilla glue, or Superglue. I have just used a bot of Super glue on a bolo tie for a friend. So far, it has worked out great!
I hope that this helps you!! Take Care!
I had mine repaired at a jeweler and asked him to make it slightly heavier so I couldn't break it again. Worked out well and not expensive.
Super glue or two part epoxy may work. But the best way is to have a jeweler do the repair. More permanent.
A jeweler will probably solder it back together instead of using glue. Any kind glue will be risky and temporary at best.
Jp; You are Welcome!! Take Care!
Gorilla glue is my favorite.
super glue might work...otherwise a jeweler can solder it on for you
