If you already have the sunburst rail and want to add a privacy screen, you could get canvas-type panels with grommets that you thread cord through to attach it to the railing. I've seen it on my railings, for kid/pet safety and for a windbreak and privacy screen. It has the added benefit of not being permanent, should you want to change or remove it.
I would guess you could get it at awning dealers, or perhaps a marine/boating supply dealer.
