Replacing cabinet shelves
- I have small kitchen cabinets with 3 shelves placed equal distance apart. Will I be able to remove the shelves and replace them, so there is a wider shelf on bottom for using stacking shelves for easier to reach plates, cups, glasses, bowls and a shorter shelve for items used less often and a small shelf above it for platters and serving dishes?

How are the shelves attached? That will give you the answer right there. If they are fixed, non adjustable shelves, you can always hire a handyman or contractor to modify for you.
If they aren't fixed in place, you can always buy some L brackets, flip them over and attach them and put your shelf on those. You would probably need 4 for each shelf.
