I put in a new kitchen, but forgot to think about pot holders.

I put mine hanging from a nob or two! I have the same problem. They are handy!
Mount a strip of metal on the wall .., or even a small sheet of metal like a cookie sheet. There are hooks you can buy with or without magnets and put them on the strip/sheet. If you're intent on displaying the pot holders you could just attach hooks to the wall or under the floor/base of the wall cabinet. Personally I think hanging fabric/pot holders/towels, etc. over the stove is a bad idea (FIRE, falling in food, grease, etc). I keep mine in the drawer next to the stove (my "Protect" drawer)...along with trivets and oven mitts . Your new kitchen looks GREAT 👍🏻!

Lovely kitchen! Perhaps you could use a stainless steel (or alternatively an unobtrusive) self sticking or removable hook (eg. Command, 3M) in the wall right underneath your cabinet.
use small cup hooks under your cabinets. you won't be able to see them.
Hello, I have placed stick on hooks on the inside of the cupboard, next to the oven to hang Oven mitts/Pot Holders on.
Get a strip of wood to match the trim on your cabinets. Paint it the same color as your cabinets. Get a few knobs like the ones you have on your cabinets and attach them to the strip of wood. Fasten the entire creation to the side wall to the left of your stove & hang your pot holders there.
I prefer to keep mine in a drawer because they don't look too great displayed when they're a little soiled & I'm not going to constantly launder them! I have on occasion just hung a couple new ones up just for decor.
Trays have all ready been mentioned, but my favorite are those colorful TV trays from the 50's and 60's. Always available at the thrift stores. Mine is black with an oriental painting in gold tone. There are many bright colors and patters out there. Did't even hang mine, just leaned against the wall on the counter. Might even pick up a couple more in seasonal colors or patterns.
use s hooks on oven door. Sturdy and can be moved if nee3ded.
Personally, I would never hang pot holders as I find a kitchen can look cluttered real fast. I have mine in a drawer next to the stove and also placed a hook inside the lower cabinet door next to the sink where I hang more pot holders. Your kitchen looks very smart and I'd hate to see it messed up with too much clutter, however, it is YOUR kitchen and not mine! lol.
Put them on the side of your fridge like I do. Magnets will work on the fridge, too.
Also, I need my pot holders within reach at all times so they are very often displayed.
I use heavy duty magnet hooks on my fridge. Holds like 6-8 at a time. If they're decorative, us peel & stick Command hooks on wall by your stove.
Mount a decorative rod. Use S hooks to hang them off the rod.
Inside cabinet doors with Command hooks.
i keep mine on the inside of he door of one of the cabinets. It's close to the stove but also it keeps them hidden.
This was amazing! Thanks to you all. I am juggling a few of these. I am tending toward a few on oven door, a few on fridge.
Command hooks inside a cabinet door, or command or decorative metal hooks on the wall to the left. I also like Patti's idea of a "protect" drawer for potholders, trivets, etc., and I hope Patti doesn't mind if I steal it!
I don't like keeping potholders/towels too close to the stovetop due to fire hazard. My aunt burned her kitchen down when a potholder fell onto the still-hot stove burner.
"Trying" is half the battle, Virginia! You'll get there. 😊 My current kitchen is much smaller than my previous so I have my own battle! I found an old silverplate pitcher at a reuse store and use that for my utensils. The shine on it picks up the shine of the stainless stove. (I clean it every 3 months or so with toothpaste - works well!)
I then have a few lidded ceramic containers from Home Sense (Home Goods to you) for tea bags, etc., a coffee maker on the counter plus a wire basket holding cookbooks and a few live-edge breadboards (to add a bit of warmth) and that's it. My toaster and items like that go in cupboards. Yes, it would be easier to leave the toaster, etc. sitting out but I like to have room for something "pretty" at one end of the counter (closest to the eating area) such as a jug of realistic faux flowers that I change with the seasons or a real plant and so on. I like my kitchen to look as "un-kitchen-y" as possible but it is hard! lol.
