For all of us Hometalkers who have a genuine need within the boundaries of DIY you will see on the far right side of the screen is a word printed sideways(vertical) about two thirds of the way down. It says "Support". Use that icon for the aid you require if none of us have been able to help you.

ah...don't be sorry. It's a learning curve. Each chat type site has its own culture. This site is mor specific to diy .....how to fix. How can I repurpose this? What is this plant that showered up in my garden? And I don't think you'd be the first one who oopped on this site.
