I know I'm early.
I'm looking for the information on how to build a headless butler that I saw on here last Halloween. My town has a scarecrow contest every September and I'd like to modify this guy into a scarecrow.
The problem is that I cannot find the reference 'how-to' here!
I have some ideas that I completely intend to share as I create my entry. I just want to review the Hometalk plans so I can save some time.
Did I mention the contest benefits our county food bank?

Check local craft stores or Goodwill for dress form or mannequin.
The plan I saw did not include a mannequin.
