It is not properly vented. Call a plumber before it possibly backs up.

not getting air and you have a partial vacuum on the vent on your roof. Call a plumber before it stops completely. They can fix quickly. Everything will stop draining soon and water can't leave the house. Then you have a big problem. Could be a bird that built a nest and won't permit air to get to your drains.
