Yes, but like anything fiberglass, it needs to be sanded and depending on wear and tear refinish with a sheets of more fiberglass. As you would a repairing automobile fiberglass. Wax on was off. Good luck
Not to sure on this one but if you really don't like the colour you could try a Heat resistant Plastic Paint. Or Try Mosaic tiles with waterproof Sealant -

Yes you can. The do say that epoxy paint will hold up the best.
