Repot it in a container with potting soil and plant a climbing flower like Mandevilla.
Oh thank you, I kinda thought of something like that. Boy do I hate to waste a good vine and when you buy any real or faux vines it cost a pretty penny. Will certainly consider your thoughtful suggestion. Thanks Joann
I used something like that with a climbing potato plant. It worked great. Good luck. Take pictures to share with us.
I've filled in a faux ficus tree that my cats had wrecked with additional branches that I bought separately. You can also add twinkle lights for a pretty evening effect.
Bright idea, thanks that would be prettY. Joann
Hello Joann; I wish that I knew more about your Patio, and what you have there, as this will show me your likes and if you say BBQ, drink Wine, Dine alfresco.......
However, if your fica branch tree were mine, I would opt for something that is meaningful to me.
I would use small twinkling lights, but I would cover the lights with a small plastic bit. (These are covers shaped like say hot peppers)
I would also hang small plastic or glass chandelier pieces from the branches as this will further reflect the lights. If you can not locate the small chandelier pieces, I would glue some inexpensive colored glass bits to something that I could hang, to shower the tree with more lights.
I hope that this helps you!! Take Care!
Good ideas but there are no branches left on the Skelton, just an entwined grape vine (like). Have been considering cutting the vi e into pieces and using in fairy/gnome garden which I am doing ona limited basis. Thank for imput🤗
