My suggestions are A - a blowtorch, B- a truckload of cement or C a low level nuclear bomb. ;-) It is a nightmare to get rid of. We have had no success yet.
I like Lynne's idea but I was spraying the poison ivy near where there was come creeping Charlie and took a chance and sprayed it with Round Up poison Ivy Killer, IT WORKED! Might try that
