Re-glue using Liquid Nails. Good luck!

Don't use Liquid Nails. It will break down the backing paint and silvering. Use Mirror mastic (made for hanging mirrors). Just a few globs in different spots.
I repurposed a huge mirror when we moved. It had been part of a bed headboard and I put it on the wall in my new walk-in closet. I found mirror hangers at Home Depot. They are clear plastic with a slot for the mirror and they attach to the wall with molly bolts. I put two along the bottom and two along the top of each section of the mirror.
NO, don't use any glue but Mastic for Mirrors or it will de-silver the coating on the mirror.
My husband the glass man says use Liquid Nail 601, made specifically for mirrors .
