Hydrogen Peroxide is great for removing blood
Cold water and soap on a wash cloth lightly scrub. If its white, try peroxide , if not I wouldn't it may bleach .
I would be sure to test that peroxide in an area unseen as it may bleach out the color. http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Dried-Blood-Stains-from-a-Couch
First I would try burshing off with a stiff brush. Then I would carefully blot with club soda. Here is a link with more instruction. Good luck!
