Suggestions for water loving plants please for Wet clay soil?

I have a very wet rear garden on clay soil. It is wet from Spring thru Fall. Suggestions for water loving plants please. I am also a lot lower than my rear neighbour so I have a lot of run off.

Begonias love damp soil but you have to dig up the tumors every fall, store inside your basement and replant in the spring
