Try a blow dryer or heat gun to soften the glue and scrape off.
Try using a heat gun and a putty knife to get up under the tile, or else try putting a piece of fabric down and iron it to soften the tile and maybe the glue underneath.
Blow dryer on high heat or rent a heat gun.
go to harbor freight and buy a heat gun, 9 or any hardware store ,HF is prob cheaper) they are like a industrial hair dryer, blow it on the tiles starting at one edge and with a heavy duty putty knife start to peal the tile back while heating up the tile. it will soften the glue making it easer to come off, this usually works unless they used some kind of extra hard glue,
