I would visit a local carpet store and price it out, quality and prices vary greatly, same with the padding.
I cannot imagine that anyone would sell carpet in that odd amount...but if this question is serious....check with your local home center or carpet store. Medium quality carpet prices vary greatly based on the fiber, thickness, location, etc. Carpet is typically sold by the yard, so you would need to speak with a carpet seller to see how many yards your amount converts to. If this is not a serious question.....(based on the very odd amount), it would be best not to waste everyone's time on a valid forum like this).
