mole bait or traps -- or get rid of their food source -- usually white grubs... but bait/trapping is quicker
feed them Juicy Fruit gum....year round.
Cat or posion peanuts from local hardware store
Call in a specialist because you have to lay traps.
You can use live traps and relocate them. Also try using a few garden owls.
