That looks great. Just remember you're not building a piano, so perfectly level is not an absolute.

If in doubt, get the level out and make sure your base is perfectly level. Re-lay any stones to level them both front to back and side to side. Any inconsistencies on your first layer will only get worse as you build. Save yourself the time and do it right from the start.

Tell Joan, if she looks closely, both ends are the same just in reverse!
Do it right the first time and it will last for many years, if it"it's fine", chances are good that it may be toppled over more easily, especially as time goes on. Please take the time to level it and straighten out the curve so it is as safe as it is beautiful.
You can use a mallet to tamp the one side that is not level. If that doesn't level it out I would redo the side that is the issue. If it were just a two level planter, different story but the taller it gets the more issues you can run into.
