Hello Fred; There are several things that you can do for this.
However, what I would recommend is that you go to Ace Hardware or Home Depot. Speak with those Folks, and seed what they recommend.
I know that you can re-glue the laminate.......I have done this, Personally.
It was a long process, as I used clamps and a very heavy duty glue.
Please before attempting to do this ask for help first.
I hope that this is helpful!! Take Care!
Grab the E6000 glue & blue painters tape. Glue the laminate spots down with the glue, then put 1 or 2 pieces of tape on it to keep it together over night. Take tape off in morning. All done
I would use rubber cement (not the craft type) from the hardware store. Its what they use on laminate counters. I would run you hair dryer on hot to get the curly piece to lay down, use a clamp on it to prevent it from recurling. Glue both the cabinent edge with the rubber cement and the underside of the laminate piece.... allow to set using dowels or chop sticks to keep it from touching, then when start removing the sticks from the attached end to the edge, smoothing as you go. Once its stuck, you can't move it, so go slow and be careful. Wipe any off laminate that shows.
I would use gorilla glue and clamp the curling piece down.
Wood epoxy then sand
you can use rubber cement on both sides (the back of laminate and the front of base wood). keep them apart until the dry. After they are dry press them together and use a rolling pin to roll them together. clamp them if they do not stay stuck together. Good Luck
