First, shut the water off to the room. Empty toilet then remove it. Take doors off cabinet, remove sink, unscrew vanity to remove it from wall. Same with tub and/or shower stall. Remove all hardware first, then score wall unit with utility knife, remove in one piece if possible. If not, use your best judgement.
