What is the best way to clean brick floors?
We recently purchased a home that has real brick floors in the foyer, hall and sunroom - not sure whether to damp mop with only water, use a special cleaner, etc.?
Hello Aeric; If I were cleaning your floors, I would use a slightly damp mop, using plain water.
I hope that this answers your question! Take Care!
Hi Aeric, Here's a link that may help! https://www.bona.com/Consumer2/I-want-to/Clean--Maintain/Varnished-Wood-Floors/

Bona is a great product for wood floors .
I use Bona for hardwood floors. You can even use plain water if they are not that dusty. The Bona works great and keeps them shiny.
Murphy Oil soap the absolute best shines the floor great! Also I boil my water and use a spin mop most of water out just damp and tries quickly leaving no streaks
What were the aftercare instructions from the floor refinishing company? I would go with Bona products, and always do a test, especially on newly finished floors, in a hidden spot.
