Could you post a pic of the bay Liner? im not sure how many people know what a bay liner is...the boats are cool.....my dad ran many different fishing rigs and friends had ski rigs. If you can find a lay out of your current boat....and measure out your stuff..

Going to have to get rid of anything that isn't a necessity and get creative with storage for the rest. Storage under the seating and bedding, cabinets and cubbies wherever you can fit them . As for decor , that's a matter of personal taste and its all about what makes you feel cozy.
I think soft fabrics make a place feel homey. You can purchase a couple of complimenting fabrics and make pillows, curtains, etc. You could stuff your pillows with clothes or dish cloths and towels or blankets if you're short on storage. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
