I went to u-tube also and it said that they stay in their web, although I doubt that.
I went out in the evening and cut the sections of branches with webs and put them in a trash can I had right there, then sprayed them in the can.
They also said to put a bird feeder near the tree and it would attract birds to the tree and also the worms. I did this and it is right under the tree.
Got my fingers crossed.
