Heidi Swapp™ Stenciled Gift Bag

Mixing acrylic paint with Color Shine™ spray creates a tinted paint that works perfectly with stencils.
Project Instructions:
Step 1:
Spray a quarter size amount of Blush Color Shine™ into a half dollar amount of white acrylic paint and mix together to create a "tinted" paint base.
Step 2:
Place stencil over gift bag and apply paint / Color Shine™ mixture over flat surface using a makeup sponge. Wipe from top to bottom. Set aside to dry.
Step 3:
Place stencil over small burlap bag and apply paint / Color Shine™ mixture over flat surface using a makeup sponge. Wipe from top to bottom. Set aside to dry.
Step 4:
Tie acrylic Clear Pop Hearts to gift bag using ribbon.
Step 5:
Tuck goodies inside burlap bag and place inside gift bag.
Step 6:
Apply paper gift tag as desired.
Have paper towels on hand for quick and easy clean up with Color Shine spray.
