Get some thin plastic drop cloths and tape everything off, than spray paint.
I would tape up all the light sockets, put plastic on the ceiling and put drop clothes down, and then spray paint it.
tape it off at the electrica plate and cover the chandelier

remove all the crystal , lights etc, put on a large cardboard outside and spray paint it
