You could clean them and make snowman face ornaments. Hole where you drink can hold ribbon tie for hanging on Christmas tree, or make a bunch and add to a wreath. Glue on google eyes, cut out a little hat out of black felt or cardstock paper and using orange felt or cardstock paper, cut out a "carrot nose". Use magic marker to make lines on nose to make it look more like a carrot. You can punch out out little circles of black paper or felt to make a "coal" mouth.
If the lids are the flat kind, you could spray paint the lids in different colors, and then modge podge a picture of a family member, add their name and date you made in gold or silver paint pen. Seal with modge podge. They can be hung from Christmas tree, or use as a table placecard during holiday dinners. You can sparkle them up, whatever. Let your imagination go!
