If you check Pinterest, they have ingredients and instructions to guide you to make one.
They are more like a bath relaxer versus a bubble bath. Epsom salt is good for your skin and it is one of the main ingredients.
From what I know they are a frequent to sooth you while you bath.
Love them- my sister makes them all the time. Above someone mentioned food color-maybe a soft blue would be okay but she used red in a few batches and the bath water looked like......well......bloody water. Food color is just an option. I have made them with her and they are very simple to make and they make nice gifts.Oh and in place of the citric acid she has used country time lemonade. Stay Calm and Relax On.
Most are made of epsom salt and fragrance...so relaxing and great for your skin.
