I am looking for a very easy way to make a feature wall on my patio.

I have a plain painted brick wall in my small unit sized yard. i would like to make it interesting, low maintenance and add an interesting atmosphere that people could enjoy.

I would look for garden art, such as an interesting metal or wood piece, or a hanging fountain or wall garden of succulent plantings. If you can't hang anything, get a planter box with a trellis, and plant someting climbing and beautiful that is suitable for your conditions. I have had good luck with clematis in planter boxes, and some bloom almost all season.

You can use brick clips to hang outdoor decor on it. Or use lattice panels for a fresh look. The vinyl ones are super low maintenance.

Menard's actually has outdoor wallpaper. Not sure if it would work but it's a really cool idea to check out.

Good ideas. Currently thinking planter box with trellis and green climber, flowering; then something like the danish "mannequin de piss" statue. This would give a nice atmosphere, maybe a bit more ye little old garden style than is really "me". I've been called a "new age hippie" but maybe i can personalise this concept! any more ideas? variations? I'm being fussy! this is probably the last house for this spiritual, new age, aging hippie; and it's only me to please

I was thinking of maybe a monk on a mountain, with a water feature that could look like the river. But painted pictures often look dated. I like Aboriginal dot painting (they don't seem to date the same) not always in traditional colours, and a water feature river making part of it.......? Loving these ideas thank you
