Cleanability of seagrass and other natural fiber rugs
-
Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Feb 06, 2014Natural fiber rugs are difficult to maintain without having introducing a dog in the mix. Lots of normal cleaning chemicals cannot be used. While they look great, the fibers are not as strong as man made fibers and with doggie nails and accidents, I would think about this as a purchase. I would check also with the manufacture of the rug to see what their opinion would be on this. My thoughts they would suggest not to expose the dog to the rug.Helpful Reply
