Peace lilies, Devil's ivy, and spider plants all do well in low-light. They are also full plants that are easy to care for.

Pothos vine is a great plant for low light. They are so easy to care for. You can also try a spider plant.
If you can keep the humidity constant @ 40% you could try Christmas cactus, orchid, snake plant and African violet.

philodendrons do well in low light, there are all kinds and some are varigated and lovely, Snake plant (also called mother-in-law tongue) ferns. ivy, pothos, and dieffenbachia all do well in low light. Ask for help at your local nursery to find them. They will have many varieties and colors from which to choose.
