I fill wine bottles with water and stick them upside dow into the soil. As the soil dries the bottle releases the water
Ask a friend or neighbor to come in and do it for you
If they're small enough to move, place them in a child's swimming pool with a couple inches of water (or more, depending on how long you'll be gone). The plants will soak up the water from the bottom. I did this with plants, in my screen room, for 3 weeks last summer and they'd have been fine for another week or so.
