What? You question is not entirely clear. What is driveway dealer? I know what stamped concrete is . . . What do you NOT want to remove?
I'm also confused by your question. But you can do a cement overlay, that would cover everything up. Or, you can use a concrete paint or stain too.
Pretty sure she meant sealer (not Dealer) on stamped concrete. Sometimes a white milky glaze can appear on glaze finishes which can be improved by application of vinegar. However, I think you have to remove any sealant to completely eliminate or allow new coating to penetrate. Good luck.
