Some one put the poles togethe, screwed them in crooked. Made the lamp lopsided. When taken apart, the inside piece broke that screws the lamp pole togethe. I'd like to reuse the lamp shade, it's really pretty, and I need more ideas. Thanks for all suggestion.

If you still have the pole, you might be able to repair it. Find a wood dowel that just fits inside. Drill through the pole and insert a small screw above and below the joining.
What about transforming it into a hanging solar fixture for outside?
Without seeing it, it is difficult to make a viable suggestion. I am thinking that if you turn the shade upside down, you could glue it to a clear glass plate and make a bowl from it.
stained lass suppliers carry heavy tiffany style bases for glass lamp shades. check one out online.
If it is a real Tiffany shade, you might want to find someone who deals in lamps and see if by chance they might have a base that they might sell you. If it is just the shaft inside that is broken, you can by threaded rods from places like Lowes and Home Depot and with some washers and nuts and a new socket, you might can fix it!
Thank you
