They sell countertop kits at Home Depot and Lowes, Giani brand and Rustoleum Traditions, I have heard good things about these.

The kits are a lot more expensive though. I've been researching this for months and decided to do it sort of the way the woman in the video did it. The only difference is that I'm using Park's Super Glaze which is like a bar-top finish. It's not quite as simple to do but it can take a little heat, like my coffee cup. :)
