try restore!
I have used car wax, but when it gets wet it leaves marks. I also used Quick Shine. DO NOT use Quick shine, it is the worst product ever. You have to scrape it off with a razor blade after several months of wear, because it will turn yellow and it has a plastic like coating. Let us know if you try restore. I may have to look to see where you purchase that, because I need to clean my floors too.

I use on tile, vinyl floors Zep High Traffic Floor Polish available at Lowe's -- lasts and lasts!
I used Boiled Linseed Oil on my slate kitchen floor. Adds a beautiful shine once dry...works great on brick too!
