What to use to remove the white mold growing on my terracotta plant?

Keeps coming back,,, thought of using a bleach soloution, but dont want to harm the plant inside...is a brand new pot...

I believe what you are seeing is hard water mineral deposits on your pots. Doesn't hurt anything...In the future try watering with distilled water, although the plants may miss the nutrients.
Sorry, having issues with my computer,, thank you for the help, tried the vinegar solution, so far so good.
