For the aphids spray the plants making sure upper and lower leaves are covered with neem oil,for the tomatoes you have a fungus,spray them down with a fungicide for vegetables.

Unfortunately, as far as the tomato plants with brown spots, it sounds as if they can't be saved. At least the cucumbers can be taken care of. Thanks for using Hometalk for answers.
