I would either take a good broom, and water mixed with dish soap. You can use the broom as a scrub brush and get them as clean as possible. You could also use a pressure washer. Then look into using a sealer that is used for concrete. This should help it stay cleaner.
Get a leaf blower that also has the vacuum attachment that shreds leaves into the attached bag. Blow off the pollen that you can and hose the rest off with a hose sprayer. In the fall vacuum up the leaves and dump them into your garden for winter mulch to protect your perennials or to till in the in the spring. I have a huge maple, two huge elms and a huge birch in my yard and also the maples hanging over our yard from the neighbors, so I can cover my gardens with a minimum of five inches of leaves and still have left over to put in my pile that turns into soil in a couple of years. I also put grass clippings as mulch in my garden and in the pile during the summer.
