Chlorine Bleach. Get the toilet fixed as eventually it will eat away at the floor boards and create a structural problem.
Repair the leaky toilet first. You may need to replace board underneath the toilet and/or flooring around the toilet. The baseboard and wall may also have water damage and need to be replaced. Use a cleaner with bleach or a bleach/water mixture to clean. Wear eye protection, gloves and a mask. Make sure the bathroom is well ventilated when you do this.
My cleaner of choice is white vinegar, then rinse with clean water.
I'm assuming that you have repaired the leak and any other damage around the toilet. Next I would use a bleach and water mixture in a spray bottle. Clean after spraying and repeat as necessary
I would not recommend the bleach.those fumes are horrid .
The toilet needs repair work first, maybe the subfloor as well depending on how long the unit leaked. Better safe than sorry. I use bleech and water mix to clean mild mold areas. Best of luck.
