place your fruit in a cheesecloth square then wrap it up with a string. Put it in your bottle and add water.
Purchasing all the pieces to assemble your own bottle, to me, seems like it would cost more than purchasing one. I just make infused water in a glass pitcher and leave in the fridge and fill up my "to go" water bottle (I have separate coffee and water to go containers), from the pitcher in the fridge. Here is a link to make infused water. There are hundreds of recipes out there! Fun to experiment to find your favorites. Enjoy!

Get a tea infuser. It's a mesh ball used to hold tea leaves. Find a bottle with an opening large enough for it to fit. Fill the ball with the flavors of choice and pop it into the bottle.
i agree more costly to make than buy ready made. Plus making a large container and pouring into to go bottle is easiest for me. I like the tea infused idea a lot. Can use cheesecloth to hold particles too if you only want flavor and not floaters.
